Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pets and Nature Paths. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, our handling time is 1–3 business days.

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days — Free
  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $15

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

We currently do not provide international shipping services.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For delivery address change requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Pets and Nature Paths ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size. Any applicable taxes or customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions where delivery is unavailable or restricted by law or carrier limitations.
